We are an unfunded, ad hoc neighborhood group who believe in upholding
the low-density intent of Suburban Ranch zoning and
the purpose of the Buffer Overlay Zone Ordinance -
to buffer Saguaro National Park from high-density zoning in Tucson.
This high-density, commercial bike ranch will make a mockery of the
low-density zoning that currently borders and protects Saguaro National Park East.
(20 acres, 49 rooms, 33 buildings [18 two-story], and an 1100 foot wall)
It will decimate the lifestyles and investments of the fifty-some homeowners who live next door and negatively affect the people who moved to SR zoning for
the quiet, the solitude, and the naturalness.
WE WILL MONITOR EVERY STEP OF THE PERMIT AND BUILDING PROCESS.
